Yesterday I asked Bryan if it was too early for me to decorate for Christmas. You can guess what his reply was. Anyway, today we're being blanketed by these thick, white snowflakes and I am tempted to go down the basement and bring up the boxes of ornaments! I don't know if I can remember the last time we had snow in October. (This picture doesn't show how fast the snow is currently falling. When I got back inside the house, I was drenched!)

Gooooo, Phils!
When the Phillies won the World Series in 1980, my mom woke us up after the game and we all sipped champagne (yes, I was seven!!!) and banged pots and pans outside to celebrate. If the Phils win tonight, she'll have to have a drink for all of us since I'm pregnant, Bryan dislikes champagne, and it's almost impossible to wake Hannah up in the middle of the night. But nonetheless, we will celebrate! Go Phillies!

Autumn on the Lake
What a beautiful day! My parents invited us to go sailing today and it was so much fun. Delaney loved steering the boat, and Hannah enjoyed playing down in the cabin and "washing" Gram's sink. This was probably our last day on the lake for the year... and who knows if I'll get out next year with three girls to keep from falling overboard!!!

Sick, but happy!
Hannah woke up in the middle of the night with a high fever. When she gets sick, she doesn't sleep well at night and sometimes becomes almost high-strung. I climbed into bed with her at 3 AM and buried my head under the pillow as she read books, played dolls, and ran back and forth from her closet to her bed with treasures. She finally passed out after about an hour and slept until 7:30. She then spent all day lying around, napping, and alternating between being cold and sweating.
Despite all this, she is usually extremely pleasant when she is sick. This evening I snapped a few pictures of her and Delaney reading poetry on the couch. Check out Hannah's short hair!

Doing the "FLAP"!
I walked into the living room to find JoJo and Hannah doing the FLAP! with the Wiggles on TV. Thus the flapping arms and jumping around. Who needs ballet when we have the Wiggles?
Cousins!
When Missy was in town this past weekend we all got together for dinner at my parents' house. The kids had so much fun playing together and being silly. Here are some pics.

Missy and Me... Getting closer!
Here we are again, two months later. My hair is darker, but otherwise, not much has changed! (except our weight!)

Crayola Time
This Tuesday Hannah's class took a trip to Easton, PA, to visit the Crayola Crayon factory. I was able to go and check out the place too. In addition to learning how crayons and markers are made, the kids had fun making various crafts (using Crayola products, of course) and touring the facility.
